You can cancel your order any time before it ships and receive a full refund. We do not accept returns once the order is shipped. We do accept exchanges if the device is defective within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required to claim the exchange.
Damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to device use will not be exchanged.
The customer will be liable to pay any shipping and handling charges to exchange the device.
The device will be exchanged for the same color, size, and brand bought originally, unless it’s out of stock
This warranty does not apply:
(a) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and leakage.
(b) to replacement pods/replacement cartridges and tanks
(c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, or other external cause;
(d) to all kinds of e-liquids/ejuices
(e) to all devices after 30 days from the date of purchase (some conditions apply)
(f) to all waterpipes
No return or exchange on waterpipes. All Waterpipes are final sale.
International orders
VAT, customs, brokerage fees, and duties are not included in the shipping rate.
Any additional costs are the customer’s responsibility.
